Commitment to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

A diverse workforce is essential to our success. We are passionate about creating a workplace that promotes and values diversity. Our commitment extends to inclusion, as people feel most valued when they can fully participate in advancing the communities we serve. We know that the more diverse and inclusive we are, the better we and the results of our work will be.

Equal Opportunity Employment

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind. We do not discriminate against employees or applicants for employment on the basis of an individual’s race, color, religion, creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, pregnancy, child birth, physical or mental disability, age, veteran status, marital status, registered domestic partner or civil union status in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.

This policy applies to all terms, conditions and privileges of employment, including, but not limited to, recruitment, hiring, placement, compensation, promotion, discipline, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence and training.

 Anti-Harassment

We strive to maintain a working environment that encourages mutual respect and promotes congenial relationships between employees and volunteers. All forms of harassment are expressly prohibited. This includes supervisors, co-workers, volunteers, vendors, contractors or beneficiaries. We are committed to vigorously addressing complaints of harassment, sexual harassment and discrimination at all levels within the organization.

Sexual Exploitation & Abuse

We are committed to eliminate any acts of sexual exploitation and abuse by our personnel and as such have adopted additional Code of Conduct policies consistent with the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) Task Force on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse in Humanitarian Crisis.
